Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Moonraker products and we’re committed to making your experience seamless—even when something needs to go back. Here’s how our return process works:

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us right away at hello@moonrakerdesignco.com. We are humans & sometimes we make mistakes.  We’ll make it right by any means available.

✅  Return Eligibility

  • 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, with original packaging and tags intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.
  • Pre-Approval Required: Please email us first at hello@mooonrakerdesignco.com to initiate a return. Unauthorized returns will unfortunately not be accepted.
  • Returns a subject to inspection and approval by Moonraker Design Co.  

🔁 Return Process

  1. Start a Return:  Email us at hello@moonrakerdesignco.com to get the process started.
  2. Ship It Back:  If approved, you’ll be responsible for safe return shipping.  Be sure to provide the carrier name and tracking number, if the shipping cost is in the lower 48 we will provide a label as part of the 15% restocking fee.
  3. Inspection & Refund:  Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status and process your refund (minus applicable fees).

📦 Restocking Fee

  • Unfortunately we are not Amazon, and a 15% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns.
  • This helps cover handling, original shipping, and payment processing costs. 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been installed, modified, used, or personalized/customized are not eligible for return.
  • Sale Items are also not eligible for returns. 

💳  Refunds for Unshipped Orders

  • Need to cancel before shipping?
  • No problem—but a 3% transaction fee will be deducted. This is charged by the payment processor, not us and unfortunately we don't get that back.

🛡️Warranty

At Moonraker Design Co., we stand behind the quality of everything we create. We offer a Lifetime Warranty on parts and workmanship for products we manufacture, exclusively for the original purchaser. This includes, but is not limited to, defects in materials and craftsmanship.

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper installation or use

Third-party products sold through our store (warranties for third-party products are handled by their respective manufacturers).

📝🛡️Warranty Claims:

Moonraker Design Co. will repair or replace defective products with similar or current-version items (subject to availability). In cases where a product is discontinued and cannot be repaired or replaced, store credit will be issued. Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality, particularly in non-visible areas, is not covered under warranty.
