Sprinter Van Wall-to-Ceiling Transition Supports

The Moonraker Design Co. Sprinter Wall-to-Ceiling Transition Supports are part of our Sprinter 144 Van Ceiling Support Structural Kit and create a solid, consistent mounting structure at one of the most commonly unsupported areas of a Sprinter interior: the transition between the wall and ceiling panels.

There is no factory support between the Sprinter’s roof ribs and wall ribs. Because both surfaces are curved, your wall and ceiling panels are under tension and naturally want to push outward into these unsupported cavities, creating a wavy or uneven transition. Our Wall-to-Ceiling Transition Supports bridge these gaps and give the panels a continuous structural attachment point to fasten to, keeping the transition tight, flat, and consistent from rib to rib.

What They Do

• Create a continuous mounting structure along the wall-to-ceiling transition with alternating M5 & M6 precision pre-cut rivnut holes. 
• Support the outer edges of both your ceiling and wall panels
• Help keep panels tight, flat, and aligned at the seam
• Reduce panel movement, flexing, and warping at this normally unsupported junction
• Create a more consistent attachment strategy from the front to the rear of the van
• Make it easier to achieve a clean, intentional wall-to-ceiling transition
• Allow thinner, lighter-weight finish panels to be used with better support
