The Sprinter's slider step is hard to see at night. This courtesy light puts warm light right on the entry step, and if you wire it to the door circuit, it comes on as soon as the slider opens.

The housing is machined from solid 6061 aluminum and anodized black to match the factory interior, so it looks like it came with the van. The 3000K LED gives off a warm white light with no harsh blue tint. A cast eyelid keeps the light pointed down at the step while spreading it across a 150º horizontal beam. The light sits offset toward the outside of the van and angles down 10º, so it also covers any outboard steps you've added.

Key Features

  • The kit includes the bracket, required mounting hardware and one LED light with a 3 foot wire pig tail.
  • You will need to remove this trim piece to drill 4 holes which also requires removal of the B-pillar trim. Both are simple jobs and and included drill template is provided with each light.
  • You will need to provide 12VDC power. This can come from your house battery system with a switch or you can tie into the door lights on the sprinter van itself.
